Ship iPhone13 pro
I ordered my iPhone 13 pro on 17 october and it says that it will arrive by 16-23 november. What’s wrong with this ? I can not wait a month for a new phone because I sold my old one.

I ordered my iPhone 13 pro on 17 october and it says that it will arrive by 16-23 november. What’s wrong with this ? I can not wait a month for a new phone because I sold my old one.

You were made aware of this when you ordered the iPhone. If that’s not acceptable, cancel your order (while it’s still in the “Processing Items” stage).

Okay, thank you a lot for the helpful response, but is it possible to get my iPhone shipped earlier than the time I see on my mail? For example I see that they are proccesing my order and i will get my package on 20 november.
If I cancel my order and do it again shiping time could be shorter ? Or it is always that long for iPhone 13 ?
If you cancel your order and order the same thing again, you will lose your place in line and start over at the rear.

I ordered iPhone 13pro sierra blue on 18th September and the delivery date is 20-27th October, but it is 26th October and it's still in processing so what happened to my order.
I expect your order status has been updated to reflect the current information.

No it's showing the delivery dates to be from October 20-27.
October 27th is tomorrow. You are still receiving your device on time if it arrives before the 28th. If it hasn't arrived by that point, contact Apple Support at 1-800-MY-APPLE (1-800-692-7753).
yeah, it's updated to "preparing to ship" just now, but in ups, the tracking id which was in the email is not valid. how can I track my shipment
Apple does not supply a tracking ID while the item is “Preparing to Ship”. Apple only supplies a tracking ID once the item has actually shipped, and changed to “Shipped” status.
now it's shipped and still, the tracking ID is not working which was automatically filled in ups the website.
