My ipad was updating and now my ipad is going from a black screen to the apple logo and ive got it on the plug into the computer and it says to go to support.apple.com/ipad/restore but i do not have a applle computer to plug it in to.

My ipad was updating and then it started going form a dark screen to the apple logo. I do have it now on the screen that says to go to support.apple.com/ipad/restore but i do not have a imac or apple computer. i do have a computer that has itunes on but ive plugged in my opad to it and it has not done anything. What should i do?
