I want to trade in my iPhone 11 Pro Max for an iPhone 13 Pro

I have received my new iPhone 11 Pro Max from the United States in May 2021. I am wanting to to do a trade in for the 13 Pro. Would this be possible as my phone was bought in another country? It’s still in great condition, no cracks, basically 5 months old.

It all depends on who you are intending to submit a trade-in to.

Is it Apple? A third-party vendor?
