Unknown Error 1852797029 when trying to play from Music on iPhone

Have an iphone x running 15.0.3. Also have airpods pro. and when we try and play music from the Music app by the phone I get the following error:

"The operation could not be completed. An unknown error occured (1852797029)"

when I put my airpods it’s ok but the problem is when I am trying to hear the music without the airpods…or trying to talk on the iPhone without the airpods

I have tried hard reset but couldn’t helped…I’ve deleted the airpods from the bluetooth and reconnect but it didn’t work…iphone reboot itself repeatedly over and over…the phone doesn’t ring and the microphone also doesn’t work…

help me!!!! Please!!! :))

Does that restarting behavior still persist after following the steps from this article? If your iOS or iPadOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly
