Actually I had contact to apple support already. But then said, even they get the burned iPad and investigate the device, they will not give me any document about the the investigation. And they will only inform me by the phone call.

Was this a new iPad Air 3 or was this purchased as a used, secondhand, from someone, somwhere.
How did you end up with this iPad?
Looks pretty obvious to me that iPad has been burned up in some sort of fire.
Was this iPad left in a fire?
You need to provide us with a WHOLE LOT more information, IF you expect ANY sort of reply.
It’s new one. For first hand.
How could you know that was burned up in the fired?
I read books that discuss about li-ion battery..And I think, no matter the li ion battery got heat attack , damage or internal shortcuts, it will end up with the li-ion battery thermal runaway
If this is a new iPad, where was this purchased from?
How long have you had this iPad?
How did this happen?
Why has this iPad been disassembled?
There are a lot of things you are NOT telling me.
If this iPad burn't up, as a result of thermal runaway, this would, also, cause this kind of damage seen.
But you really have NO proof of that, either way.
Did the internal battery fail and cause thermal runaway while you owned this iPad?
If the iPad battery broked down and caused themal runnaway, while you had this iPad, it would have caught fire inside AND out!
Not just on the inside.
AND would have caught other things on fire around it!
You need to better explain better, EXACTLY, how this iPad ended up this way.
If you purchased this iPad all burnt up like this, you got ripped off!

So I WAS right.
This iPad had BEEN in a fire.
Did the Fire Service say the iPad was the cause of the fire?
This iPad could have just been damaged in the fire and the iPad, iself, wasn’t the actual thing or source that caused the fire?
OR are YOU just assuming it was the iPad battery that could have exploded, went into thermal runaway and caused the fire?
Was there anything else in your home that, possibly, could have caused/started the fire?
A home elecrical issue?
Leave something on a running stove/oven?
Anything else in your home that is electronic that could have, also, possibly, caused a fire?
Leave any candles in your home lit?
Leave any smoking materials around that were not fully extinguished?
Is the fire service still investigating this fire?
Yes, you should report this to Apple. They will give you further instructions.
Yeah,
The OP is being very vague and I have NO idea how this iPad got to this state.
It is pretty burnt up!
No clue as how this iPad got this way, but it is, literally, fried.
You are still being very cryptic about how this iPad got this way, in the first place.
Why?
my home was fired and I was been notified after the firefighter arrived.
so I don’t know why and how.
