So the other day, I woke up to cat **** all over my 2019 MacBook air. All of my keys still work fine, and there are no problems with the ports; my issue is the smell won't go away. I've tried to use isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs to clean it, but the smell just won't go away. Will apple deep clean my computer for me, and if not, how would I go about doing it.
I still have apple care on my mac, if that makes any difference.

Hello ~ You could ask Apple anyway but I agree with *KiltedTim* they probably will not work on it due to health hazard. I would be sure to back up all info and be ready for it to fail because of the acidic an sticky nature of the cat urine. Don’t be too mad at the cat …😳

It's been a while since I saw it, but I do recall seeing an article addressing this type of thing stating that Apple pretty much won't touch it at all. Biohazards and all doncha know...
