Iphone 13 reservations

Hello!

I wanted to know how the reservation for IPhone works, as it is already 5 days in a row that I am trying to reserve it in Dubai mall app store, but it seems impossible(

I don’t want to make a purchase on site, as when it arrives here I won’t be in Dubai anymore.

What can I do?
