Hello people
Since I updated the RINGBELL app on the iphone11, I no longer receive notifications from the ring bell. It activates the chimes, so connected to the internet and all the options in settings seem to be correct but still no joy. BTW ring notifications do not show on the apple watch either now too.
I have completed a soft reset on the iPhone, reinstalled the ring bell app and still no notifications.

After the 7th reinstall of the ring.com doorbell app, it suddenly started to work. I did nothing different to before. I am glad but wonder what was different this time…?

Thank you, sadly I have done this already with the apps and their settings and the system settings too. It seems to be an iOS 15 issues on the iPhone 11, no screen notifications nor sound, for the RingBell app since updating. I need this for looking out for my parents who are old.
if I could get a hold of the previous iOS I’d down grade

In case people are unsure, it’s the Amazon ring door bell app and the issue is with all notifications on the app on different cameras and door bells in different locations. Also affects a mate’s iPhone as well
I‘be recently purchased a similar products & had seen “Warnings “ regarding/hack abilities related to this product - so purchased different products with the thought to sandbox & kep looking for a more Privacy Oriented software provider ?! After pausing & thinking about this dilemma - in Apple’s Home kit - ie security measures to iMprove “Home” security issues there’s a solution ! If not try adding Ring app to your Family sharing - Best of Luck

I have deleted the both the ring and rapid ring apps and this on both the XR and iPhone 11. I have even reinstalling the iPhone software - as I couldn't get the restore option to work with iTunes 🙁. So the XR is as new and still no joy. I have gone through every notification option on the apple website and made sure the app is set up as Ring.com suggests but I have not heard back from Ring.com help line yet. The challenge is with the iPhones running ios15 as my mate has iOS 14 and the same cameras work fine on that. I read in a comment that it works fine with another user running 15 so apart from wishing I could go back an iOS nothing I can do until it comes out of whatever beta stages it still runs.
