Dictating messages in correct language

I just got my Apple Watch SE. I completed basic set up and noticed that when I start trying to dictate messages in iMessage, all my dictations resulted in a transcript in Arabic, even if I was speaking English or Spanish. The language list when I start a dictated message doesn't even include English on imessage. My iPhone has keyboards for English, Spanish, and Arabic, so I toggled the language settings on my watch to just English and Spanish to see if that'd fix the issue. It hasn't, the only options on my language list for dictated messages are Spanish and Arabic. Should I bring my watch to the store to figure this out?
