wireless charging is not working on iphone 13 pro

They are the exact same model or is one a 13 Pro Max and one a 13 Pro? What wireless charger are you using? Is this a new charging plate or stand? Have you tried to turn the phone in landscape mode to charge it?

I ask because many traditional charging stands don't work well with iPhone 13 for a couple reasons.

1. The charger in the phone was moved to the exact center of the phone when iPhone 12 brought MagSafe Charging to iPhone. This makes many traditional wireless chargers not have their charging coil in the right location for the charging system in your phone.
2. The camera bump in the new 13 Pro phones make it harder for the phone to lie flat on whatever charger you're using, making charging either unreliable or difficult at best.

If you want to avoid any issues with using wireless chargers consider going MagSafe. I have, over the last 4 weeks, replaced every wireless charger I had with MagSafe Chargers for home and office. They're magic. They just work.

Sorry, but time to get a more modern, updated charger. The coils in that older charger, simply don't align well with the new phone. I simply cannot recommend MagSafe charging enough. It doesn't even have to be a genuine Apple MagSafe.

There are so many options which are less expensive on Amazon. Buy one which comes with a 20W USB C charging brick.

I'm having the same issue too. It just won't lie flat on my wireless charger so I tend to charge via lightning cable.

Can't believe this wasn't picked up in the design and testing process, really naff.
