Settings > Cellular.
Scroll al the way to the bottom and tap "Reset Statistics".
You may need to restore iOS to regain that functionality.
My advice would be to back it up, restore iOS, then set it up as new. If it's there, erase and restore the backup, then check again. If it's gone again after that, you're probably going to have to set it up as new.
I'd blame Intune before I'd blame iOS for this one.
No, it's not there. I have a case open with tech support, but they haven't figured it out yet.
After resetting all settings, it showed up briefly, then disappeared again.
It is using the "Company portal" (aka Intune from Microsoft), as a personal device though. However, uninstalling that, removing the management profile, rebooting, then resetting network settings has not helped.
It showed before iOS 15. I'm not sure if 15 or 15.0.2 upgrades broke it.
No, it's not there. I can see only "wi-fi assist" and "icloud drive"
It should be.
I don't suppose it's a company owned or managed device, is it?
