Carplay Crash Problem On IOS 14

I have iphone 11 and 11 pro phones. I've been having Carplay problems on both of them for the past month.

Carplay and Phone freezes after 10 minutes while driving, then phone turns off and then on again. My car is a 2020 model Mercedes, Carplay cable running type. I have the same problem on both phones. I also use wired in my other car, I have no problems (2020 Model Toyota Corolla)

When I went to the service, the car service could not fix the problem. And they offered to experiment by changing the parts, modules of the car. I don't want to make my car a test board.
