can I replace the aluminum outer housing on MacBook Pro 2019 Model 15,2 ?

I would like to have the outer housing completely replaced for the bottom lid (keyboard and back panel where you can open to see the battery inside) and the upper lid. I am picky about the tiny nicks and small scratches on my MacBook Pro and I want the entire outer housing replaced.

could I go to an apple store and ask for a flat rate and if so, how much would this be?

~thanks in advance

I agree with leroydouglas. You would be better served by getting a new computer.

Apple has been moving to far fewer field-replaceable assemblies of higher complexity. The skins are not available separately.

For example, to just replace the screen-backing skin, you must replace the screen assembly, complete, at a cost around US$650. for 13-in.

Trade it in and buy a new one— it would be about the same cost, and certainly a more practical solution.
