Apple Billing Information

You guys keep declining my apple billing information? I entered my card number in correctly, my expiry date, my security number. And it still declines, I asked my mother what the exact address for my billing stuff is and I entered it and the ***** still declined, I can’t download anything. The phones basically a decoration right now. Solutions?

Apple billing information hi I hope that you’re all are safe . i have an issue with my billing infos , when I enter all my correct infos (date ,Cvv,code) they still ask me to update my billing info although I don’t have any unpaid purchase . I need help. ASAP

Update issues When I try to update my apps the iPhone asks me for my password to do billing request. Although I don’t know why is that but I have a visa and it was declined for no reason. Why the iPhone even asks about the password to view a billing information? Never happened before.
