I notice from my bank statement that I am being charged $8.99 as payment for my Apple TV, could you please tell me what this cost covers?

YouTube has ended support for the Apple TV (3rd generation) model.
Consider using AirPlay for YouTube, or getting a newer model streaming device.

I am still trying to resolve the issue of not being able to access Utube on my AppleTV.
