My data on Apple Music disappeared after signing out and logging back in again. I can’t even listen to music although I’m subscribing Apple Music

Apple Music i just subscribed to Apple Music and when I download songs and I want to play them offline, I have to turn on my data before I can play, else the song plays just for 15 seconds and stops until i bring the data back on. This problem was common when I was in a family subscription so I thought if I did a single subscription it would stop, but it hasn’t. why is this happening?

All music data lost after re subscription Coming back to Apple Music after a couple months of canceling my service. I resubscribed a couple days ago and noticed all of my music data was lost. I was hoping to be able to recover all of my liked music and playlists if possible. I would rather use Apple Music over Spotify, but Spotify does have all my music saved.

You might be able to fix your issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your devices, then turning it back on again. Learn how.
