Company owned 13 inch M1 no longer accepting company password

My company provided Macbook M1 13 inch randomly stopped accepting my company password. I am unable to change the password through another admin account since there is no option to.

The company password is 100% correct and works when i try to log into other services on other devices, such as my email.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6

Since your company has certain device management controls to not allow you to change password you will need to speak to your company IT department so they can assist with resetting it or fixing BG whatever login issue it is the device is having.
