Apple Pencil cant do a few actions
So I recently got an iPad Pro, but theres a problem. The Apple Pencil cant go to the home screen, cant open either the Notification Center and control center. Is this normal? Is it a problem?

The Apple Pencil cannot access some screen gestures - by design. This is entirely normal - and not a fault.
The Notification Centre is summoned with a downward swipe of the finger from the top-edge of the screen. Similarly, the Home screen is accessed by pressing the Home button (if fitted to your iPad) or an upward swipe of the finger from the bottom edge of the screen.
