My iPhone Xs has been disabled and i also forgot my iCloud password.

Follow these instructions to restore your iPhone using a computer. All data (pictures, contacts, etc.) that hasn't been backed up or saved to iCloud will be erased.

After restoring, you will be asked for your Apple ID/password so reset the password here.
