Cellular does not work if I charged my IPhone 13 Pro Max with Magsafe Charger.

I use a Magsafe charger and an original 18 watt adapter to charge an iPhone 13 Pro Max. After 10 minutes, the phone heats up very much and then turns off the cellular connection (the message on the screen "SIM card is not inserted"). When the phone charge reaches about 80%, I try to switch the airplane mode and then it makes it possible to enter the PIN code from the SIM card. If you try to switch the airplane mode during charging (approximately in the range of 20-80%), then the phone still does not detect the SIM card.

Thanks for getting back with us, Hromir. If this only happens with the MagSafe charger, it looks like that might be the source of the issue. To further narrow this down, do you have the ability to test a different MagSafe charger with your iPhone or a different iPhone with your MagSafe charger?

Hello SnickZ,

I have already tried to do everything from what you suggested, nothing helped. The SIM card works fine in normal mode, no errors. But when I charge the phone with Magsafe charging, it turns it off and does not turn on until the phone cools down.

If I use a lightning cable for charging, then there are no problems.

I am wondering one thing, is this an iOS error or a problem in the phone itself?
