Not able to Allow Calls on Other Device from iPhone

receiving phone call on other devices is not working for me. I have a computer at work and another computer at home, plus ipads. they are are not in the same wifi network, as required. Does it mean i can't use this feature because that or just means the same wifi where my phone is at the time of the call ?

All my devices are never going to be on the same network. even at home i have 2 different wifi segments.

please let me know.

Not working, all requirements is done, Iphone XS writting same error, same message to me, i have one network, Iphone > Ipad pro. Not working. Can somebody help, becouse all requirements done.
