I have a problem with my music. My App Music is not allowing me to play or stream music and I have subscribed for Apple Music under family subscription

We see you have a question regarding your Music app. Based on your screenshot it doesn't look like you have any content in your library. If you are subscribed to Apple Music you can make sure that Sync Library is enabled so any content and playlists you do have saved transfer to this device. You can learn how to do that here: Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music


However if you don't subscribe to Apple Music you an learn other ways to get music on your device here: Get music on iPhone
