Does the arabic keyboard on the new macbook pro have the same keyboard layout as the english one? As in are all keys the same size and in the same location?

I have an late 2013 macbook pro with arabic keyboard. But the layout is different. Example the enter key has a 90 degree and vs on the english version it would be a horizontal double width key.

is that the case for the 14” macbook pro?

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

What you call "English" is the US type ANSI keyboard. All keyboards made for Europe (including the UK) and Arabic are the ISO type keyboard with the vertical enter key and the extra key at the left end of the bottom row, which is what you have now.
