Apple Watch SE stuck in a boot loop

My watch is stuck in a boot loop. This started after I took it off the charger. It reboots so fast I can’t unpair it from my iPhone. Both are current on updates.

if I leave my Watch locked, it will stay on and not reboot. The moment I put the pin code in, it reboots. I can’t unpair it from my iPhone, even though my phone is unpaired.

I have sent it in to Apple and it was returned to me with them saying, the problem couldn’t be reproduced.

Currently waiting on another box to send it back to Apple.
