using the curser pointer in online zoom presentations
In powerpoint it's possible to use my curser pointer to point to parts of my presentation, is this possible in keynote?

Great news I found the answer on YouTube 😀 click on keynote preferences then slideshow then show pointer when using the mouse or trackpad. 👌🏾
Thinking more about this, some apps will hide the mouse pointer when inactive. For instance, AirPlay does that after maybe 3 seconds so it doesn't distract with watching the TV screen. Look for a mouse utility that might allow that or turn the mouse completely off.
I don't see why not, Keynote is a full function presentation app. You can test it and see; Keynote is free and all it would take is a little time and a zoom partner to test with.
Thanks for your reply, when I use keynote for a online presentation there is no curser showing. I’m hoping it maybe in settings or something as I don’t see it.
Have you restarted or restarted in safe mode?
You may find an answer with Zoom support. This sounds more like a Zoom issue to me rather than an Apple issue.
I have restarted my computer but still the same issue. i've looked in zoom preferences and can't see any reference to mouse curser. I'll try zoom support see if there is anything at there end.
