My watch is asking to pair to a phone but whenever I try my phone says it isn’t able to pair. My watch worked fine until I updated it, then it unpaired to my phone and now it won’t work. Please help!!!

Try this;
From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
Then;
