Breathe on watch missing after new download

How do I get my breathe back on my watch? Tried some things suggested, but didn’t work.

The Breathe app is still missing after restarts I have restarted my Apple Watch and IPhone at the same time to restore the Breathe app. iIt didn’t work. I have the HeartWatch app controlling/measuring respiration during sleep. Is this other app causing the disappearance of the Breathe app? .

If you have watchos8 then the breathe app is called mindfulness now.
