Ipad sixth generation keeps crashing fix?

I have been dealing with the issue of constant crashes on this iPad for over a year. I am on my second replacement. When Apple support is connected to observe the problem, it boots them off. It is beyond maddening and seems to be exacerbated by scrolling. I have a fifth generation iPad as well as one I bought in 2012 and they still perform every task without flaw. There is something inherently wrong with this iPad structure because they all behave the same no matter the resets or updates. I am tired of starting over from scratch and trying to function without having to set up everything to my liking over and over again.

Has anyone ever solved this? I was told yesterday by a rep that I needed to buy a better iPad or stop using it as intensely as I do. I find this unacceptable. This is a 128G iPad with a little over 14G being used.

Do you leave lots of open and active Website tabs open in a Web browser?

Do you leave lots of, potentially, background running apps hanging in the iOS App Switcher?

Do you have the Mail app set to contantly fetch emails?

Do you use a lot of heavy hardware resource intense apps?

A 6th gen iPad has an A10 Fusion processor ( the same CPU found in the 2 year old earlier iPhone 7 ) and your 6th gen iPad ONLY has 2 GBs of internal processing RAM.

No more than my other two iPads. I can run them side by side with only one instance open. The 6th gen will stumble then eventually shut down. It is totally worthless, because when I try to follow a conversation, scroll through photos, watch a YouTube video, it shuts down and I have to try to figure out where I was or just give up and use my 5th gen which also has 2G. Scrolling down a page and reading text, it keeps popping back to the top of the page by itself.

Flicking the open apps only brings minor improvement. I use this iPad to check email, look at Facebook, watch YouTube videos and just browse the internet. Nothing really intense. I don’t have any games or third party apps installed at all. I only bought it because my fifth generation was running out of storage. Costly mistake.
