My partner and two of my children they can not join my invitation I have done the sharing but still they can not in joy it i sand it many times but same crap happens, and i got the family subscription but it’s working only for me, need help.thnx

If for some reason they cannot accept you invitation, they can join your group directly on your iPhone. See the 'Invite people to join your family' section in:

"If your family member is with you, they can enter their Apple ID password on your device to accept the invitation."
