Apple Watch fall detection does not work.
How can I get this to work. My mother has fallen 3 times and the last time was unconscious and never did the watch call the emergency contact

to name a few. But that doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't work. As it says in the article I cited above:
"Apple Watch cannot detect all falls. The more physically active you are, the more likely you are to trigger fall detection due to high-impact activity that can appear to be a fall."
Unfortunately there are no adjustments to the fall detection feature. It is either on or off. For more info, see:
