I've tried that but get this message.
Assuming you have the iPad mini connected to both iCloud Drive and Dropbox, you should be able to use the Files app to copy a file between the two clouds.
They are but I don't know how to do the transfer. Is there an idiots guide on how to carry out this procedure?
