We updated our iphone XS with the new update and my phone stopped working. It will not let us restore it to a previous date/version and is getting stuck on the apple sign and turning off so we cannot use it. Has this happened to anyone else? The phone is not broken so the hardware is good. It only stopped working after we updated the software.
