Big Fish Games
Since Apple won't recognize the Big Fish Games developer, is Apple going to repay me for all my games I purchased, and my monthly fees?

I guess I bought a $2700.00 brand new "old" computer from Best Buy.....
We are talking about the 64 bit versions of the games, right?
You are awesome! Thank you!
You're welcome. 🙂
I agree, and you don't know how much I appreciate all the help you have given me so far! So sorry I blamed it on Apple.
I hope you have luck.. 🍀🤞🏽

Okay, so I downloaded the BFG app and successfully installed it. Initially I was able to open it using right-click>open>open. The app launches without complaint BUT does immediately CRASH. After several attempts at relaunching, including a restart of the Mac and another download copy I am unable to successfully launch the app. Also found an uninstaller app at BFG and used that to uninstall the app then reinstall without success. BFG app consistently crashed at launch.
System Profile identifies the app as 64-bits, version 3.2.0.8 with a copyright date of 2013.
Also eventually found and downloaded version 3.3.1.13 copyright 2019 with similar results.
I thought I'd found the answers I was looking for here:
Game Manager troubleshooting for Mac - BFG Help
This included links to their sloppy uninstaller and to a pair of files that need to be added to the application package.
Unfortunately, after several more attempts to launch the app, including more uninstalls, restarts and after downloading and relocating two .db files (several times), I was only able to get to a big blank unresponsive window that hangs and invokes the Mac's infamous beachball. 😡
The good news is I finally did get success. Using version 3.2.0.8 only, and the steps found at the link above, including downloading and relocating those two .db files, I have launched BFG app successfully. And it's complete with the warning that there are issues (STILL?) with Catalina and Big Sur.
So, this is not an Apple issue. BFG haven't done due diligence with the app and are doing a disservice to their users. I've looked at BFG several times before and was unimpressed with the way the games must be launched with this "manager" app. Their installer package and process is obviously sloppy, as is the first run of their uninstaller as it doesn't conform to higher standards. So many first rate app developers have figured out the process, why not BFG? Whatever you've been paying Big Fish Games for their product is too much!
