Monthly Payments

Im thinking about getting a new iPhone but I'm confused on how the monthly payments work, if I get the monthly payments that lets you upgrade, what does that really mean, If I get that option which is like 7 dollars more per month, when the new iPhone comes out next year will i just be able to swap it out for free and just continue paying off the same phone? Also for apple care+ that comes with it, it says it covers it, does it cover it all completely, or is there a fee that you have to pay for getting it repaired?

A2. For Financial Assistance, Contact Apple Store Support:

You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

Apple Contact Info:

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

A2. If there is something faulty, then the is likely no fee, being it is on Apple's end. but for a damaged device (i.e. screen replacement), there is a fee for that (official, called a "Service Fee"). See Here: iPhone Screen Repair - Apple Support
