how to I upgrade to the latest version of MacOS and Numbers?

For macOS, go to System Preferences, Software Updates and check for updates. You can confirm if your MacBook Pro is compatible with macOS 11 Big Sur here.


For Numbers, use the App Store app. You will need an Apple ID to log in. And you should be aware that the latest version of Numbers, 11.2 is only compatible with Big Sur, and that Apple doesn't offer installers for earlier versions.


Basically, if your Mac can't run Big Sur, then it can't run Numbers 11.2.
