My iPhone is up dated to 15.0.2 but my new Apple Watch will not pair it keeps saying I need to up date my phone and there is no other up dates for my phone

What watchOS version is on your watch? You may have to update the watch to watchOS 8. If you have problems, make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it. If that is not possible, use the online Apple Support option. Either way:
