Siri says a required app is missing???

When I ask Siri how's the weather, she responds with - Sorry, something went wrong. Shortcuts says, "Could not run See radar. This action cannot be run because a required app is missing".

I've uninstalled Siri, Shortcuts and rebooted and then reset my iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPad Pro (9.7") and watch 7 (45mm), and it still persist. However, the Hey Siri command will work on my MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020). Additionally, at times when I ask Siri how's the weather? she will either respond ok or done and then do nothing. Nothing I can think of has made a difference.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Maybe the weather app on you iPhone got corrupted somehow. Delete it and reinstall it.

Delete built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS 14 or iPadOS device or Apple Watch - Apple Support

Thanks for replying, unfortunately the suggestion does not work. I get the same results. I'll either have to wipe everything completely or just accept its a feature that does not really work?? Its weather after all and really shouldn't be this difficult. I appreciate your attempt to help.
