I can't see my iphone in Itunes

Hello,

I have a new PC and just installed iTunes but I can't see my iphone in iTunes. I tried all the possible online tips including update/check driver but nothing works. Could you please assist?

Hi Lissy,

Thanks for your reply. The support link wasn't very helpful in my situation. I managed to solve the issue by downloading missing USB driver usbaapl64.inf. I installed the driver and it worked. For some reason, this driver was missing to the iTunes package I used to install iTunes app.
