iphone calendar routinely shows no events

My wife has an iPhone 11 running on IOS 15.0.2 and synced to Google Calendar. Her Calendar fairly frequently shows No Events. Stopping the Calendar App and then restarting or restarting the phone fixes this. I have tried deleting and re-installing the Calendar, but the problem continues. Any suggestions?
