Changed my Apple ID and can no longer use the “update all” function.
Whenever I tap on the “update all” button, it prompts me to sign in. After I type in my password, it prompts me to sign in again and this process repeats itself over and over, never actually updating any of the apps. I know that my password is correct since it would tell me when I typed in an incorrect password. This doesn’t only apply to the “update all” button, there are other functions that have been similarly experiencing the same issue.
I’ve tried signing in and out of my current Apple ID and have also reinstalled all of the apps that were downloaded using the old Apple ID (except the base apps that come with the iPhone, am I supposed to reinstall those as well?) but it still wouldn’t fix this issue.
Has anyone else experienced this after changing Apple IDs? Please let me know if there is a way to fix this. Thanks!
