Keyborad not showing up on App Library

The native keyboard is not showing up when performing a search in the App Library on iPhone 13 Pro with 15.0.2

Tap once in the search bar, you will see the keyboard.

When you scroll, the keyboard disappears.

Then tap on an app you are looking for.
