Can I get two iPhones 11 and pay with monthly payments

Hi good day just wondering if I can go through you guys and get two iphone 11 and pay a monthly payment because I seen that you can get one for 22.87 a month and if so do I have to have a contact with you for it or buy out the phone monthly and put it in with another cell phone service
