Hard pan bleed!!

HI! I've made backing tracks for my band, the usual way - hard panning all the music to the right, hard panning a manually inputted click on the left. But the click is faintly bleeding into the right side. It's very quiet but still unacceptable for live shows as it will be noticable through a big PA.

I've looked through so many forums with lots of people having the same issue but I can't find any fixes.

All effects etc are off. The problem is present when listening straight through my laptop's headphone port and when I bounce it and listen on other devices.

Can anyone help me please?!!

Thanks, Steve

Ok extra info....

I tried playing a youtube video through safari, went to my audio prefs on my mac and panned hard left and its still faintly there...! So it's not Logic. I also tried different headphones with the same result, not the headphones! And as I bounced and played on another device it's not my mac's playback...

So its not Logic, it's not my mac and it's not my headphones....?!!

I'm stumped!
