I can't Add/Change/Remove Mail Rules

Hi! I noticed that I can't Add/Change or Remove Rules in my native Mail app. When I restart Mail app it turn back to last condition. How can I fix it?


Mac OS Catalina10.15.7 (19H1419)

It seams was trouble with sync because I even can't saved Mail signature! But! I turn on Mail sync and it resolve the problem. Unfortunately, now I have unchangeable mail in @icloud domain but it better then non-working Mail app.

If no resolve—problem account / issues / rules...


Delete the account and then add it back in.

Add or remove email accounts in Mail on Mac - Apple Support


IMAP accounts stay on the server, so no loss.

POP account move any mail you want to keep to "On My Mac" folders stored locally— before you delete the account.
