Is there a way to selectively import workouts into Apple Health from other apps rather than manually entering them or importing all of them?

I like to use Apple Fitness/Watch for many workouts, but for others I like to use both Garmin Connect and Apple Fitness. When you sync external apps, then they write anything that's missing to Apple Health workouts. So then I like to delete some duplicate workouts that were sourced from Garmin and Apple. But if I delete a duplicate workout from Apple Health that was sourced from Garmin Connect, it will re-appear the next time Garmin Connect syncs. It would be easier if I had the option to have the external app workout data held somewhere and then I could choose what gets imported to Apple Health and leave the rest. As it stands, my only option is to manually record workouts in Apple Health that I record on Garmin Connect. Is there a way to do what I'd like to do, or a place where this feature can be requested?
