I think my Apple ID just got hacked. I gave them my password and username but managed to change my password in the next 5 minutes afterwards. I also signed out of al other devices. This is the text I received, will my account be safe?

Unfortunately, this is not a message from Apple, nor is it telling you to visit an actual Apple website. Log into your iCloud account immediately, change your password, and update your 2-factor authentication settings.
