We see you are having some trouble with seeing a "Privacy warning" listed under your Wi-Fi network on your iPhone following a recent update. Per the article you've posted from: Use private Wi-Fi addresses in iOS 14, iPadOS 14, and watchOS 7

This message means the network can see your iPhone's direct MAC address and it is not being masked. You can change that by tapping Settings > Wi-Fi > Tap the "i" icon next to the network > Enable Private Address. Then reconnect to the network and see if that message appears again.

We hope that helps!

Take care.
