I was putting my case back on my iphone 13 when I heard a weird ding noise come from my phone and when I looked at the screen it was a light red with a giant circle in the center of the screen. I clicked the lock button and it went away but what could that have been?

If you can't replicate it, I'd not worry about it. If it happens again with more regularity, take a screenshot and post it so we can see. Otherwise, it's a new phone with a full year warranty.

That sounds like MagSafe Charging? Do you have a MagSafe Charger?
No I don’t, I just have the regular apple charger. My phone wasn’t plugged in though. I had just taken my case off to clean my phone then when I put the case back on that happened.
