can not use sidecar or airplay

it's very frustrating.

MacBook Pro 2019, 16inch, Mac OS Big Sur 11.6

Ipad Mini 6, ipadOS 15.02, 256GB

I tried to use sidecar and have logged in to icloud on both macbook and ipad and I'm using the usb-c cable which was shipped with ipad mini.

on Macbook, sidecar - > connect to -> selected ipadmini then it pop up "unable to connect to ipad mini. a miscellaneous error occurred (32002). I've shut down bluetooth and wifi and it gave me the same error.

Please help !
