I have 15.0 update but I still don’t get any text tones with bluetooth on. This has been a problem for a very long time. Come on Apple, fix this. I’m not the only one. I have done everything suggested to do. Shut down my phone and restart, change the text tone…..,,… it is. It is an Apple problem. Please fix it

You need to check your settings for the Watch, you need to keep Bluetooth turned on to keep your Watch paired to your iPhone. And as I said in my earlier responses, when you have an Apple Watch and the iPhone is locked, you will get notifications on the Watch. Are text tones the only notification sound you are not receiving? Are you receiving all other notifications? What troubleshooting have you tried?
im not getting any alerts but not getting text alerts is the most annoying. I tried silencing my watch but that doesn’t work. I have to turn off bluetooth on my phone in order to get notification alerts
What do you have connected via Bluetooth to the phone to receive the text tone? Do you have an Apple Watch?
Yes I have an Apple Watch and I use bluetooth in my car for hands free phone use.

I have nothing paired and I am not getting text tones even with the Bluetooth turned off. I am seriously losing my faith in apple
